Other Conditions 90-Day Replacement PolicyIf any part requires repair during the first 90 days after receiving your product, due to manufacturer defect, then Liv Sure will replace it with a new unit, and will pay shipping both ways. What you must do:
Money-Back Guarantee PolicyIf for any reason you are not satisfied with your product(s), you can return it/them to Liv Sure for a full refund of the amount of the purchase. You have 90 days to do so from the time you receive your order. Your only expense is to ship the product(s) back to us. You must first contact us to obtain a return authorization number and further instructions. To avoid a delay in getting your refund to you, include a copy of your email or printed receipt. You can even just include a note that provides your name, address, phone number, and invoice number if possible. It is highly recommended that you make sure the item you returned can be tracked (additional fee with the Post Office, but standard with other delivery services). |
