How It Works:

1. Order. Order an oil painting and/or frame with free shipping, saving you $10 to $25 per painting and/or frame.

2. Evaluate. Evaluate the painting and/or frame when it arrives.

3. Seven Days. If you are not fully satisfied, you have seven days (after receiving it) to contact us using the enclosed phone number or email address.

4. Prepaid Return Shipping Label. We will then send you the prepaid return shipping label, so you do not have to pay any of the return shipping cost, saving you an additional $10 to $25.

5. Place Back in Box. Package your order in the same box with the same packing material, and apply the prepaid return shipping label to this box.

6. Give to FedEx Driver or Drop It Off. Simply give the shipment to your FedEx delivery person, drop it off in a collection box, or bring it to a FedEx shipping location. There will be no cost to you.

7. Full Refund. Once we receive our package, you will immediately receive a full refund, with no restocking fees.

Since shipping is free both ways, you will not have paid a dime for the opportunity to evaluate the painting and/or frame.
